Become a girevik as the Russians call people who practice this sport.
Kettlebells combine strength training and aerobics to produce greater muscular strength and power, without building a lot of muscle mass.

Kettlebells also increase aerobic capacity which is idealfor weight loss and changing your body composition.

During your first session, your health, diet & fitness level are assessed. Body Mass Index and % body fat are determined. Blood chemistries, if available, are also utilized. A program is then designed to combine aerobic exercise, strength
training, and flexibility work.
