works with his clients in their homes, place of work, or at their
gyms. He trains in aerobic & resistance exercise and
emphasizes flexibility work.
Instruction is available in body weight
exercises, light weights and Russian Kettlebells.
Kettle Bell Boot Camps in Silver Spring, MD. The
first class is held Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM at Montgomery Hills Park (1999
Seminary Place).
The
second class is at 5:30 AM every Wednesday at the New
Community Recreation Center on Queensguard Road off Layhill Road near the
junction of Bel Pre and Bonifant Roads. Cost is only $10.00 for a one hour
session.
You
will learn how to build functional muscular strength and impressive
cardiovascular endurance while working outside in the fresh air.
You
can get started by purchasing one kettlebell at any of the following stores:
Target, Sports Authority, Model's, Dick's or by going online to Power Systems.
Men usually start with a 20 to 35 lb kettlebell, women with an 8 to 15 pounder.
Get a great full body workout without joining a gym for only the cost of one
kettlebell and $10.00 per session you attend.

combine strength training and aerobics to produce greater
muscular strength and power, without building a lot of muscle mass.

During
your first session, your health, diet & fitness level are
assessed. Body Mass Index and % body fat are determined. Blood
chemistries, if available, are also utilized. A program is then
designed to combine aerobic exercise, strength
training,
and flexibility work.
